Directions for use:
(1) Use one end of a Q-Tip and dip it into the oil, covering it completely. (2) In a circular motion rub the Q-Tip around the base of the Nasal Bone (BE CAREFUL TO NOT GO PAST THE BONE OR YOU WILL TASTE IT). (3) USING THE OTHER END OF THE Q-TIP dip it into the oil, covering it completely. (4) In a circular motion rub the Q-Tip around the cartilages. DISCARD OF USED Q-TIP AND ALWAYS USE A NEW Q-TIP FOR EACH NOSTRIL.
