  • What if I don't have a PayPal account and still want to purchase?
    The PayPal payment option may be used without a PayPal account. You will be asked to enter a phone number and the debit/credit card of your choice to complete the payment; a receipt will be sent to you from PayPal and a confirmation message will be sent to you from In Love, Aimra'at confirming your order has been placed and an invoice paid.
  • What sizes do the fragrances and butta's come in and do you carry fragrances for both Feminine and Masculine?
    Fragrances: 10 ML roll-on bottle and 1 OZ roll-on bottle Body Butta's: 4 OZ jar and 8 OZ jar *Sample Butta's come in a 2 OZ jar* Yes, our fragrances are concocted with the Feminine and Masculine in mind, however, they are truly unisex. Many of our Masculine clients enjoy those listed under Feminine and vice versa.   • What's the difference between Wix Payments and PayPal?
    The greatest difference between the two payment options is the timeliness in which your order is fulfilled and shipped/ready for pickup. Wix Payments: A direct payment from your debit/credit card of choice takes 3 - 5 business days to process; once processed, your order will be in fulfillment (based on the order in which it was received) and ready to be shipped/ready for pickup. This process is completed in 7 - 9 days, inclusive of the day your order has been shipped/a message has been sent that your order is ready for pick up. PayPal Payment: A direct payment from your PayPal account OR a direct payment from your debit/credit card of choice used with the PayPal option is processed immediately, and your order goes into fulfillment within 24 - 48 hours (based on the order in which it was received--WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SUNDAY WHEN NO PROCESSING IS DONE). This process is completed in 3 - 5 days, inclusive of the day your order has been shipped/a message has been sent that your order is ready for pick up.
  • What scents do the Body Butta's come in?
    Our Body Butta's come in all of our fragrances and you may select your preferred fragrance on The Body Butta's page when placing your order.
  • Do I have to get my order shipped to me?
    We have a "Pickup" option available if you are in the Los Angeles, CA area. This option should be chosen at "Checkout" and the local pickup location is provided at the time your order has been fulfilled and ready for pickup. *You may send us a message to chat with someone and determine the nearest pickup location to you. Please send us a message to assure if this option is best for you as all surrounding cities may not have a local pickup location.*

2. Payment Processing, Fulfillment, delivery and Shipping time frames & terms- Once a payment transaction has been completed (processing is based on method of payment which may take up to 3 - 5 business days- 
Click here to Check The FAQs for payment options and info); the order goes into fulfillment (based on the order it was received); fulfilled orders are placed in a que for a ship day (thur, fri, & sat); order is shipped. This process is completed in 7 - 9 days, inclusive of the day your order is shipped. *A message is sent that (1)the order is in fulfillment, (2)the order has been fulfilled and is in the que for a ship day, and (3)the order has been shipped or is available for pickup.
note: order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout
     2A. Shipping times vary and are based on the shipping option chosen at checkout; shipping rates are      
            calculated per usps rates for  both domestic and International shipping.
     2B.  potential shipping delays may occur due to a high volume of orders, sold out inventory, or supplies
            that are received from vendors damaged or delayed that are outside of our control.
     2c. the status of all orders may be checked with the tracking number provided in the message that states
            your order has been shipped or you may send us a message if you are having an issue with tracking

order.
     2d. all orders are shipped to the address provided at the time the order is placed; it is the responsibility of
            the purchaser to assure that the address entered is the correct address to which you desire to receive
            your items.  
            ***if the wrong address is provided (by the purchaser)- a new order will be at full cost of all items of
                the order, if the purchaser chooses to reorder; the company may endure shipping cost and/or offer a                 discount on the total order at checkout.  refunds are not honored in these cases (see refunds,

            ***if the wrong address is provided (by the company at time of shipping)- the company will endure costs
                of all products of the order, as well for shipping, if the purchaser chooses to reorder

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please message us from our website, site app,                   or email us as soon as possible at admin@ inloveaimraat.com with your order number and a photo(s)  
                of the item’s condition. We consider these claims and they are addressed on a case-by-case basis that
                involves an investigation and potential claim filling with USPS, and if needed google maps to locate
                addresses involved in a claim; all claims are addressed to work towards a satisfactory solution. for

3.  refunds, returns & Exchanges-
     refunds are honored when the company has made an error in shipping, i.e. wrong address is provided to
     usps or fails to add insurance at time of shipping and product(s) are damaged , lost, or stolen.
returns  are not accepted due to the nature of products and sanitation concerns.
Exchanges are accepted
 for a gift card (store credit) or a replacement product of equal or lesser value).
